  Just horrible! The carrier delivered by package to the wrong mailbox and now they are telling me that maybe whosever box the package was put in they will put it in the outgoing mail so it can be delivered to the correct box! Because they show delivered on their end there is nothing they can/will do, what kind of customer service is that?! This is the 2nd time they have misplaced a package for me and not to mention I am always getting someone else's mail in my box! This is by far the worst postal service I have ever seen!! I wish I could leave a 0 star review!!!

  I had a package that was being delivered to an old address (from three years ago) by accident and I contacted the Post Office and received excellent customer service. They were able to redirect both packages to my address without any issue. Thanks for your quick response and great service.

  Very confused service, they lied on tracking information "delivered" when they still had one package at the Post Office and one in the carrier's vehicle for 3 days. It took 3 days to figure it out in which carrier's car was my second package. Also our mail gets delivered at the neighbors and the neighbor's mail gets deliver to our home, very bad service; this office should change management or closed down unless they can offer good business. It is not fair to pay delivery and not to receive it in time, then to be lied for ... it causes confusion!
